ThirtySeconds (hereinafter "the App") is a voice diary application provided by BucksBox.ai (hereinafter "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy (hereinafter "this Policy") describes how we handle user data within the App.
We prioritize user privacy above all else and have designed the App to operate entirely on-device. Your voice data, text data, and any other personal information are never transmitted to external servers.
The App collects and stores the following data exclusively on the user's device.
(1) Data Provided Directly by Users
Voice Recordings Audio files recorded by the user (M4A format). Stored within the app sandbox on the device.
Emotion Tags Emotion categories selected by the user (5 levels). Stored in Core Data (on-device database).
(2) Data Automatically Generated by the App
Transcription Data Text converted from voice using Apple Speech Framework. Stored in Core Data (on-device database).
Emotion Analysis Results Emotion estimates generated by Core ML and NaturalLanguage Framework. Stored in Core Data (on-device database).
Recording Metadata Recording date/time, duration, and language code. Stored in Core Data (on-device database).
Widget Data Summary data for Home Screen widget display. Stored in the App Group shared container (on-device).
(3) Data We Do NOT Collect
The App does not collect any of the following:
Personally identifiable information (name, email address, phone number, etc.) Location data (GPS data) Access to contacts, photos, or camera Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, etc.) Usage analytics data Advertising or tracking data Cookies or web browsing data
Collected data is used solely for the following purposes.
(1) Voice Diary Recording and Storage Saving voice recordings as diary entries.
(2) Speech-to-Text Conversion Converting voice to text on-device using Apple Speech Framework.
(3) Emotion Analysis Estimating emotional tendencies of text on-device using Core ML and NaturalLanguage Framework.
(4) Calendar Display Displaying monthly recording history as an emotion color map based on recording dates.
(5) 30-Second Challenge Providing daily prompts and saving recorded responses.
(6) Time Capsule Displaying recordings from one year ago on the same date for reflection.
(7) Monthly Summary Visualizing monthly emotion trends in graph form.
(8) Widget Display Showing today's summary information on the Home Screen widget.
(9) Reminder Notifications Sending recording reminders when configured by the user.
(1) Storage Location
All data is stored exclusively on the user's iPhone.
Audio files are stored within the app's sandbox directory. Access from other apps is blocked by iOS.
Structured data is stored in Core Data (SQLite-based local database).
Widget data is stored in the App Group shared container, shared only between the App and its widget.
(2) Security Measures
iOS app sandboxing prevents other apps from accessing the App's data.
iOS Data Protection encrypts data while the device is locked.
The App does not perform internet communication, eliminating risks of data interception or leakage.
(3) Data Backups
The App's data may be included in iCloud backups or iTunes/Finder backups. Privacy and security of backup data are governed by Apple's backup functionality specifications. We have no means of accessing backup data.
(1) Apple Frameworks Used
The App uses the following Apple frameworks, all of which process data entirely on-device without transmitting data to external servers.

(2) Services We Do NOT Use
The App does not use any of the following:
External AI APIs (ChatGPT, Google Cloud AI, etc.) Cloud storage services Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.) Advertising networks (AdMob, Facebook Ads, etc.) Crash reporting services (Crashlytics, etc.) Social login (including Sign in with Apple) Push notification servers (remote push via APNs)
The App never shares user data with third parties.
We do not sell, lease, or disclose user data. No data is provided to advertising partners or analytics providers. Data will not be disclosed except as required by law (e.g., court orders). However, since all data is stored only on the user's device and we have no technical means to access it, providing such data is practically impossible.
(1) Data Retention Period
There is no limit on data retention; data remains on the device until deleted by the user. We do not retain any user data (as no data is transmitted to our servers).
(2) How to Delete Data
Users can delete data through the following methods.
Individual Deletion: Delete individual recording entries from the Calendar or Playback screens within the App.
Complete Deletion: Uninstalling the App permanently removes all App-related data (audio files, database, widget data) from the device.
(3) Irreversibility of Deletion
Deleted data cannot be recovered. Since we do not maintain data backups, we cannot provide data recovery support after deletion. Recovery from iCloud/iTunes backups depends on Apple's specifications.
The App is not targeted at any specific age group.
We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. The App does not require user registration and does not request personally identifiable information. Parents and guardians should exercise appropriate supervision over their children's device usage. If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take prompt action.
(1) GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation) Compliance
For users in the EU/EEA, the following rights apply.
Right of Access: Data stored in the App exists only on the device and can be viewed directly within the App.
Right to Erasure: Individual data can be deleted within the App, and all data can be deleted by uninstalling the App.
Data Portability: Since data is stored only on the device, data can be transferred using the device's backup functionality.
Restriction of Processing: All processing is performed on-device; there is no processing on our servers.
(2) CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) Compliance
For California residents, we do not sell users' personal information. We do not collect or store users' personal information on our servers (all data is on-device only). Requests for data disclosure or deletion can be directed to the contact information provided in this Policy.
(3) APPI (Japan Act on the Protection of Personal Information) Compliance
Since the App does not collect or store personal information on servers, it does not constitute a personal information database, etc. Management of data stored on the device is the user's responsibility.
The App uses the following device permissions.
Microphone (Required): Used for voice recording. Necessary for recording functionality.
Speech Recognition (Required): Used for speech-to-text conversion. Necessary for transcription functionality.
Notifications (Optional): Used for reminder notification delivery. Not needed if notifications are not used.
Permissions are requested through standard iOS dialogs, and users can change permissions at any time through the Settings app. If permissions are not granted, the corresponding features will be unavailable, but the App's basic operation will not be affected.
This Policy may be changed without prior notice due to amendments to laws, changes to App features, or other reasons. Users will be notified of significant changes during App updates. The revised Policy takes effect upon posting on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

(1) Data Safety
While we take reasonable measures regarding the App's security, we assume no responsibility for data loss, leakage, or corruption resulting from device loss, theft, malfunction, software defects, or other causes. Users are responsible for maintaining their own data backups and device security.
(2) Speech Recognition and Emotion Analysis Accuracy
Speech recognition and emotion analysis use on-device frameworks provided by Apple, and we make no guarantees regarding their recognition or analysis accuracy. Speech recognition results and emotion analysis results are provided for reference only and should not be used as the basis for medical diagnoses, legal decisions, or other important decision-making. Recognition accuracy may vary significantly depending on the speaker's environment (ambient noise, distance from microphone, etc.), language, accent, device performance, and other factors.
(3) Third-Party Frameworks
The operation, accuracy, and availability of Apple frameworks used by the App (Speech Framework, Core ML, etc.) are under Apple's control, and we make no guarantees regarding their operation. iOS updates by Apple may alter the behavior of these frameworks.
(4) Data Recovery
Since the App's data is stored only on the user's device, we do not maintain data backups and cannot perform data recovery for any reason. We assume no responsibility for data loss due to device malfunction, iOS updates, App uninstallation, or other causes.

ThirtySeconds（以下「本アプリ」）は、BucksBox.ai（以下「当社」）が提供する音声日記アプリケーションです。本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、本アプリにおけるユーザーのデータの取り扱い方針について説明するものです。
当社は、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に考え、本アプリを完全オンデバイス処理で設計しています。ユーザーの音声データ、テキストデータ、およびその他の個人情報が外部サーバーに送信されることは一切ありません。
本アプリは、以下のデータをユーザーのデバイス上にのみ収集・保存します。
(1) ユーザーが直接提供するデータ
音声録音データ ユーザーが録音した音声ファイル（M4A形式）です。デバイスのアプリ内サンドボックスに保存されます。
感情タグ ユーザーが選択した感情カテゴリ（5段階）です。Core Data（デバイス内データベース）に保存されます。
(2) アプリが自動生成するデータ
テキスト変換データ Apple Speech Frameworkにより音声から変換されたテキストです。Core Data（デバイス内データベース）に保存されます。
感情分析結果 Core MLおよびNaturalLanguage Frameworkによる感情推定値です。Core Data（デバイス内データベース）に保存されます。
録音メタデータ 録音日時、録音時間、使用言語コードなどの情報です。Core Data（デバイス内データベース）に保存されます。
ウィジェットデータ ホーム画面ウィジェット表示用の要約データです。App Group共有コンテナ（デバイス内）に保存されます。
(3) 収集しないデータ
本アプリは以下のデータを一切収集しません。
氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人識別情報 位置情報（GPSデータ） 連絡先・写真・カメラへのアクセス デバイス識別子（IDFA、IDFV等） 利用状況のアナリティクスデータ 広告に関連するトラッキングデータ Cookieまたはウェブブラウジングデータ
収集したデータは、以下の目的でのみ使用されます。
(1) 音声日記の記録・保存 ユーザーが録音した音声を日記エントリーとして保存します。
(2) 音声のテキスト変換 Apple Speech Frameworkを使用し、デバイス上で音声をテキストに変換します。
(3) 感情分析 Core MLおよびNaturalLanguage Frameworkを使用し、デバイス上でテキストの感情傾向を推定します。
(4) カレンダー表示 録音日時に基づき、感情カラーマップとして月間の記録状況を表示します。
(5) 30秒チャレンジ ユーザーに日替わりのお題を提供し、録音内容を保存します。
(6) タイムカプセル機能 1年前の同日の録音を表示し、振り返りを促します。
(7) 月次サマリー 月間の感情傾向をグラフ化して表示します。
(8) ウィジェット表示 ホーム画面ウィジェットに今日の要約情報を表示します。
(9) リマインド通知 ユーザーが設定した場合、録音のリマインド通知を送信します。
(1) 保存場所
全てのデータは、ユーザーのiPhone上にのみ保存されます。
音声ファイルは、アプリのサンドボックス内ディレクトリに保存されます。iOSにより他のアプリからのアクセスは遮断されます。
構造化データは、Core Data（SQLiteベースのローカルデータベース）に保存されます。
ウィジェットデータは、App Group共有コンテナに保存されます。本アプリとウィジェット間でのみ共有されます。
(2) セキュリティ対策
iOSのアプリサンドボックス機構により、他のアプリからデータにアクセスすることはできません。
iOSのデータ保護機能（Data Protection）により、デバイスのロック中はデータが暗号化されます。
本アプリはインターネット通信を行わないため、データの傍受・漏洩のリスクがありません。
(3) データのバックアップ
iCloudバックアップまたはiTunes/Finderバックアップにおいて、本アプリのデータがバックアップ対象に含まれる場合があります。バックアップに関するプライバシーおよびセキュリティは、Appleのバックアップ機能の仕様に準拠します。当社はバックアップデータに対してアクセスする手段を一切持ちません。
(1) 使用しているAppleフレームワーク
本アプリは以下のAppleフレームワークを使用していますが、いずれもデバイス上で完結する処理であり、外部サーバーへのデータ送信は行いません。

(2) 使用していないサービス
本アプリは以下のサービスを一切使用していません。

本アプリは、ユーザーのデータを第三者と共有することは一切ありません。
当社はユーザーのデータを販売、貸与、または開示しません。広告パートナーやアナリティクスプロバイダーへのデータ提供はありません。法的義務（裁判所命令等）による場合を除き、データを開示することはありません。ただし、全データがデバイス上にのみ保存されており、当社がアクセスする技術的手段を持たないため、実質的にデータを提供することは不可能です。
(1) データの保持期間
データの保持期間に制限はなく、ユーザーが削除するまでデバイス上に保存されます。当社がデータを保持することはありません（サーバーに送信されないため）。
(2) データの削除方法
ユーザーは以下の方法でデータを削除できます。
個別削除: アプリ内のカレンダー画面または再生画面から、録音エントリーを個別に削除できます。
全データ削除: アプリをアンインストールすると、アプリに関連する全てのデータ（音声ファイル、データベース、ウィジェットデータ）がデバイスから完全に削除されます。
(3) 削除の不可逆性
削除されたデータは復元できません。当社はデータのバックアップを保持していないため、削除後のデータ復旧サポートは提供できません。iCloud/iTunesバックアップからの復元はAppleの仕様に依存します。
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではありません。
13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。本アプリはユーザー登録を必要とせず、個人を特定する情報の入力を求めません。保護者の方は、お子様のデバイス使用に関して適切な監督を行ってください。万一、13歳未満のお子様の個人情報が収集されたことが判明した場合は、速やかに対応いたします。
(1) GDPR（EU一般データ保護規則）への対応
EU/EEAのユーザーに対して、以下の権利が適用されます。
アクセス権: 本アプリに保存されたデータはデバイス上にのみ存在し、アプリ内から直接確認できます。
削除権: アプリ内から個別のデータを削除でき、アプリのアンインストールにより全データを削除できます。
データポータビリティ: データはデバイス上にのみ保存されているため、デバイスのバックアップ機能を利用してデータを移行できます。
処理の制限: 全ての処理はデバイス上で行われ、当社のサーバーでの処理はありません。
(2) CCPA（カリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法）への対応
カリフォルニア州のユーザーに対して、当社はユーザーの個人情報を販売しません。当社はユーザーの個人情報を収集・保存しません（全データはデバイス上のみ）。データの開示請求・削除請求には、本ポリシーに記載の連絡先にてご対応いたします。
(3) APPI（日本個人情報保護法）への対応
本アプリは個人情報をサーバーに収集・保存しないため、個人情報データベース等には該当しません。デバイス上に保存されるデータの管理は、ユーザー自身の責任で行われます。
本アプリは、以下のデバイス権限を使用します。
マイク（必須）: 音声の録音に使用します。録音機能の利用に必要です。
音声認識（必須）: 音声のテキスト変換に使用します。テキスト変換機能の利用に必要です。
通知（任意）: リマインド通知の配信に使用します。通知を利用しない場合は不要です。
権限はiOSの標準ダイアログを通じてユーザーに要求され、ユーザーはいつでも「設定」アプリから許可を変更できます。権限を許可しない場合、該当する機能が利用できなくなりますが、アプリの基本的な動作には影響しません。
本ポリシーは、法令の改正、アプリの機能変更、またはその他の理由により、予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデート時にお知らせします。変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。本アプリを継続してご利用いただくことにより、変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

(1) データの安全性について
当社は、本アプリのセキュリティに関して合理的な措置を講じていますが、デバイスの紛失・盗難・故障・ソフトウェアの不具合等に起因するデータの損失・漏洩・破損について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。データのバックアップおよびデバイスのセキュリティ管理は、ユーザー自身の責任において行ってください。
(2) 音声認識・感情分析の精度について
音声認識および感情分析は、Appleが提供するオンデバイスフレームワークを使用しており、その認識精度・分析精度について当社は一切の保証をいたしません。音声認識結果・感情分析結果は参考情報であり、医療診断、法的判断、その他の重要な意思決定の根拠として使用しないでください。認識精度は、話者の発話環境（周囲の騒音、マイクとの距離等）、言語、アクセント、デバイスの性能等により大きく変動する場合があります。
(3) 第三者フレームワークについて
本アプリが使用するAppleフレームワーク（Speech Framework、Core ML等）の動作、精度、可用性はAppleの管理下にあり、当社はこれらの動作について一切の保証をいたしません。AppleによるiOSのアップデートにより、これらのフレームワークの動作が変更される場合があります。
(4) データの復旧について
本アプリのデータはデバイス上にのみ保存されるため、当社はデータのバックアップを保持しておらず、いかなる理由においてもデータの復旧を行うことはできません。デバイスの故障、iOSのアップデート、アプリのアンインストール等によりデータが失われた場合、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
本プライバシーポリシーは2026年2月25日に制定されました。
