Article 1. Introduction

SubPatrol is an app for recording your subscription contracts and reminding you before each payment date. The app is provided by BucksBox.ai (hereinafter, we or us).

We consider your privacy to be of the utmost importance. SubPatrol is designed so that all information you enter stays only on your iPhone, and is never sent to any external server or cloud service. This Privacy Policy explains, as clearly as possible, what information the app handles, for what purposes, and how it is protected.

Article 2. Our Basic Approach

The app does not collect your information. The subscription details you enter are stored only on your device, and cannot be viewed by any third party, including us. No account registration or sign-in is required. The app has no connection to bank accounts or credit cards, shows no advertising, and performs no usage analytics.

Article 3. Information We Handle

All information handled by the app is entered or configured by you and is stored only on your device. Specifically, it includes the following.

(1) Subscription information The name of each service, the price, the currency, the billing cycle (monthly or yearly), the start date, the next payment date, and any optional notes you enter.

(2) App settings The reminder time, the on/off state of each reminder timing (7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before), the notification permission status, and whether the welcome screen has been shown. The permission status is used only to check your iPhone's settings.

(3) Purchase status Whether the paid feature (Pro) has been purchased, which is confirmed through Apple's own mechanism. We never receive your payment details such as your name or card number.

This information does not include any personally identifying information such as your name, email address, or location data.

Article 4. Where Information Is Stored and How It Is Protected

All information in the app is stored only on your device. It is never sent to any external server or cloud service. Storage uses the database features built into iOS, and the data is protected by the device's standard encryption and by per-app protection (the sandbox), so that other apps cannot access it.

If you have enabled iCloud Backup or a backup to your computer, the app's data may be included in that backup through the standard iOS feature. This depends on your own settings, and you can exclude it by turning the backup off.

Article 5. How We Use the Information

We use the information you enter or configure only for the following purposes. First, to register, edit, and delete subscriptions, and to display your list and totals. Second, to remind you before payment dates, according to the time and timings you have set. Third, to advance a subscription to its next payment date automatically after the date has passed. Fourth, to restore your settings when you open the app again.

The information is never used for any other purpose.

Article 6. Provision to Third Parties
